Operation: Action when terminate members¶

Overview¶

Operation for tasks related to member resigned, suspended and offline

Related to team, related resource

This is operation for team member in the infrastructure.

Checklist¶

The below checklist are required when any team member resign. This should be done within 3 days in advanced from last working day of that member

• Remove permission on all resources in Google Cloud Platform

• Remove credential for database account. Included: Cloud SQL or any on-premise database

• Remove member out of Github. Code base of the team

• Remove member out of Confluence. Documentation base of the team

• [Communication] Remove member out of Skype. Communication

• [Communication] Remove member out of Slack

• [Authentication] Delete organization email account at domain @innotech.vn

• Transfer all the

• GitHub, remove user out of organization.

• Infrastructure, remove user out of organization with their privledges into the infrastructure

  • Review all pipepines, services related to that user

  • DevOps: Removed at the T-1 days for all services
